We plan to close our doors temporarily after Saturday 21st March. This is just a precaution in response to government advice, and we hope it won’t be long before we can open our doors again.
Don’t worry, though. To get you the tunes we are all going to need, we’re going to offer a mail-order service as long as deliveries continue. If you have pre-ordered releases, we’ll contact you as they arrive to arrange payment and then your music will be posted to you.
If you have ordered anything and have been advised it’s here, please come by to collect it before 4pm Saturday 21st March if you’re able to do so. If you are unable to get here or prefer not to, let me know and I’ll arrange for payment and delivery.
As long as labels continue to release their records, we’ll continue producing a weekly newsletter with our pick of the new releases, so you won’t miss out. As soon as I can manage it, the website will be updated with lots of upcoming releases. If there’s anything else you’d like please ask, and if we don’t have it in stock I’ll do my best to get it for you.
So we’ll be doing what we can to offer your our normal service while things out there are anything but normal.
We hope you’ll continue to support your local record shop during these difficult times, and we look forward to seeing you all again in person once things are back to normal – hopefully not too long. Together, and with the help of good music, we’ll get through this!
