The songs on this expanded box set are raw experiments that mostly serve to illustrate Jason Molina\u2019s well of words and ideas. But then there is the devastating Sacred Harp hymn \u2018Wondrous Love\u2019, on which he softly warbles \u201c<em>Into eternity I will sing \/ Into eternity I will sing.<\/em>\u201d The set also contains photos, drawings and essays from those who knew Molina best. You don\u2019t have to try too hard to mythologise Jason Molina.
