With each disc individually titled and presented in a thematically arranged 10-song sequence, <em>Triplicate<\/em> showcases Dylan\u2019s unique and much-lauded talents as a vocalist, arranger and bandleader on 30 compositions by some of music\u2019s most influential songwriters. The album, produced by Jack Frost, is the 38th studio set from Bob Dylan and the first new recordings from the artist since <em>Fallen Angels<\/em>, which was released in early 2016.<\/p>\n<p>For <em>Triplicate<\/em>, Dylan assembled his touring band in Hollywood\u2019s Capitol Studios to record hand-chosen songs from an array of American songwriters including Charles Strouse and Lee Adams (\u2018Once Upon A Time\u2019), Harold Arlen and Ted Koehler (\u2018Stormy Weather\u2019), Harold Hupfield (\u2018As Time Goes By\u2019) and Cy Coleman and Carolyn Leigh (\u2018The Best Is Yet To Come\u2019).
